Kenneth D. Wacks is the founding member and now Of Counsel at the firm of Wacks & McHale PC in Lynnfield, MA. He has practiced in the areas of personal injury, accidents, real estate, real estate-based litigation, and title insurance disputes for over three decades. He also handles probate matters, estate planning, probate-based litigation, and land use and zoning. Ken has successfully represented clients with severe injury and loss, seeking out all options for recovery and compensation. From start to end, Ken will keep you informed of progress on your case.
He has also been a panelist/author for numerous seminars for the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Conveyancers Association (now the Real Estate Bar Association), and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education on the topics of curative actions to correct real estate title defects; equitable subrogation; easements; rights of way; litigating real estate disputes; how to research and resolve access disputes; and litigating residential real estate disputes in Massachusetts. Ken is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts, New Hampshire (member, Real Property Law Section) and New Jersey Bar Associations and has successfully represented buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial loans and closings for over thirty years.
